Last night Joonas received his purple belt from our coach JB. Joonas is always drilling and trying to improve his jiu jitsu. But more importantly, he is always helping other people too.

The purple belt is about more than just learning a few moves. You have to be able to connect different moves and flow effortlessly from one into the other. Joonas does this exceptionally well and it's always a pleasure to watch him roll and drill.

Thanks for always helping us out at the BJJ Lab Joonas. Without you, it would not be the same.
